I entitled this post “Floor” because that’s where I am today. I awoke this morning with major back pains so I set up a bed on the family room floor and that’s where I’ve been all day, catching up on my HGTV design shows. Hello, Design on a Dime!

It’s not as bad as it’s been in the past. I can turn my head to the side, so I’ve got that going for me.

I’ve learned to pay attention to the signs and rest my back immediately so that it doesn’t get any worse. That means no sewing until my back loosens up, otherwise I could be floor-bound for days. God, how boring.

At least I’ve had some company.

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but she reminds me of someone…

That is a really cute kitty belly!

So sad to hear about your back pain! I hope it wasn’t all your craft show sewing that caused it. Do rest up! My boyfriend also has a chronic back problem- it really is debilitating to be out like that.
