Most afternoons, when we get home from work, Alex and I sit outside and let Nola wander around our fenced-in courtyard. Alex likes to hold her up over our fence so she can see the rest of the world. She hooks her little front paws over the edge and lifts her furry face into the breeze. Sometimes our neighbors catch us in the act. I think they wonder about us.

In the meantime, Quinn sits inside, staring at us desperately from the other side of the door . We don’t let him out because if we do, he’ll spend the next three weeks meowing infuriatingly loudly, pawing at the door, and trying to dart out every time we open the door. In other words, he just can’t handle it. So we let Nola out but not Quinn. Does that make us bad parents?

I’ve added two new Luna Satchels to The Boutique.

This one:

And this one:

Check ’em out. And have a great weekend!

Your cat looks so cute! My cats are like Quinn, one outdoor excursion and they meow at the patio door like banshees. We had to stop letting them out!
